What will you be doing?

As a consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of sub-projects where organizations in the semi-public sector (mainly healthcare, housing associations, and education) achieve sustained improvement in operational and service excellence.

Successful project completion is always your primary objective, with client enthusiasm – not to mention meeting the brief on time and budget – as the measure of your success.

You will contribute to the development of your project team and the client organization in a congenial way that gives people energy. In addition, you will build and maintain a professional and personal relationship with those clients with whom you work on an intensive basis. You will identify commercial opportunities and translate them into projects with added value for your clients and for P5COM.

Your expertise and experience

  • You have a relevant university qualification with a strong focus on business economics or management consulting.
  • You are skilled in operations, change, and project management.
  • You have at least two years of relevant experience, preferably as a line or project organization manager.
  • You have at least two references at relevant organizational level who are willing to attest to your excellent performance.
