Marcel studied Dutch and then worked in the Netherlands and abroad as a trainer, instructor, consultant, and coach. In spite of – or perhaps thanks to – his background in the humanities, he feels at home in the world of tangible results. ‘At P5COM, we always look at the story behind the current results, which to my mind are always down to behaviour.’
