Wendy earned her Master’s degree in Business Economics in Groningen and then got into process and risk management for the banking industry. She worked a lot in Asia for one major bank and in the Netherlands for another. Organizations with multiple cultures, where Wendy always focuses on operations analysis: that’s where the difference is made. And it helps that she can easily switch between people and layers in organizations.

Wendy is not one to keep to the beaten track outside her work either. She loves traveling to discover places that still aren’t too touristy, like Eastern Europe.
