Nicole studied Health Sciences in Rotterdam and then worked as a preferred banker. But it didn’t take her long to make the move to the healthcare industry, mainly because of its importance to society. Nicole was a project manager and an executive at a staffing agency as well as a nursing and home care organization. She’s a real go-getter with a keen eye for processes, behavior and mindset, which she utilized to help her previous employer make the transition to future-proof home care.

Nicole doesn’t avoid a single challenge in her free time either. You might know her as a finalist in Dutch television baking competition Heel Holland Bakt, but she loves sports too. That means ‘lifting some nice heavy equipment’ as opposed to running.
