Esther obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Studies in Tilburg, which is also where she pursued an extended Master’s degree program in Organization Studies. She finds it really interesting how people and teams work together, even more so in the context of an organization. Esther found out through various traineeships that she likes being a manager, especially if that also involves structure and strategy. Because if you’re serious about building, you need to start with a good foundation.
