Business consultant with an open outlook …

Nadia studied Business Administration in Groningen, with a specialization in International Business. After that, she worked in the corporate world and for a large bank where she led change programs as a project manager and an Agile & Lean consultant. She developed into a coach and team coach at the same time. Nadia is into plural thinking. No matter what the challenge, the big question for her is: how else can we look at this?

As a child, Nadia loved singing, dancing and putting on a show. So no wonder that she’s currently a singer in a band!

Nadia is convinced that real progress can only be achieved by working with the people in the organization as a team. That’s why designing a better process always goes hand in hand with developing a particular culture. And Nadia is excellent in that area – just like she is in taking a project-based approach, getting people on board, and making sure that they become their own cultural ambassadors. Or as Nadia puts it: analyzing, designing, implementing, monitoring – and passing on the baton in such a way that the organization can move forward on its own.
