Eline studied Management and Organizational Science in Amsterdam, with a minor in Healthcare Management. She finds the public sector ‘awesome’ because you can really make a difference for people. People call Eline ‘sassy’ – but in a good way. She’s friendly, gets along with everyone and says what she thinks. And she gets a lot done as a result.

Eline is a kick boxing fanatic. She spends a lot of her free time sparring. And she loves going out to a good restaurant for a great meal.

… who wants everyone to benefit from improvements 

During her studies, Eline discovered how fun it is to analyze problems and come up with lasting solutions. She did exactly that in recent years as a KYC analyst at a tax consultancy. But she prefers making an impact in other sectors. ‘There are so many challenges in the healthcare industry, for instance. I really want to improve things there – and in such a way that everyone benefits: patients, personnel and the organization.’
