Harm was a commander of the first Dutch military force in Afghanistan. After that, he developed strategic policy in areas such as personnel and training. That was the perfect match for his education in Higher Military Training. He has a professional passion for everything related to leadership and leadership development.
Harm would be more than happy to take you along to Africa to photograph wildlife (or for a spot of chess).
As operations director, Harm specializes in improving performance and change management. He has a helicopter view, critical mind, and pragmatic approach – and he knows how to create a good atmosphere.
