Lucinde studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen. She’s a whiz at project multitasking. In a previous position, for instance, she managed to catch up on arrears in payments, come up with ways to improve processes, and set up a new relationship network – all while getting everyone to start working together as a team.
Lucinde also enjoys strolling through the market for fresh ingredients and then cooking for friends.
As a management consultant, Lucinde is analytical, sees the big picture, is good at finding connections between different facts, and keeps everyone in a team on their toes. This enables her to make technical data understandable to her clients, so they can achieve sustained improvement. Eyes on the prize. ‘Change means more than just coming up with ideas for improvement.
