Paul obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in Breda and started out in the world of business. He was a head of HR, a business partner and a change and project manager. Paul worked in areas such as the chemicals industry, for a large shipping company, in the energy and network sector and for a financial services provider and insurer. Between times he obtained his Master’s degree in Management, Organization Change and Development. And he discovered that he gets energy from organizing structural change. Because that’s where strategy and implementation come together.

Paul is a mountain bike fanatic. Whether he’s biking on the Utrecht Hill Ridge, or in Spain, he a stickler for good technique.
