Thijs studied European Marketing and Management Communication in Tilburg and then set up a customer contact center for the administrative organization of Philips Pension Fund. After that, he entered the world of housing corporations where he worked as a manager. He grew to become an independent and enthusiastic quality advisor, with a strong drive to help people and organizations learn and develop.

Thijs likes to keep busy outside of work too. He plays tennis and padel, jogs and goes to the gym. And most of all, he goes out for frequent, far walks in the woods with his dog.

By now, Thijs has helped more than 30 housing corporations listen to what renters want. That’s the basis for improving quality – but it’s not enough. As he says himself: ‘To improve, you need to change. That’s not automatic.’ So Thijs teaches housing corporations what dials to turn for the best results and helps them actually take that action.
