Very experienced change manager …

Tony received his training in Hospitality in Amsterdam and then actually did get a job in the travel industry. But before long he switched to the financial sector: he became an account manager at Fortis and, later, a commercial manager at Florius. Tony turned out to be great in optimization and managing change. As an interim manager and a consultant, he helped scores of organizations in – often – the financial world, from Univé to Binck Bank.

Outside his work Tony is a big family man – but Ajax takes a close second place. You can regularly find him at the soccer stadium.

Tony is a good listener and quickly forms a clear picture of the situation, which he does in all layers of the organization.
