Willemijn finished hotel school at a young age and followed that with a master’s degree in Business Administration in Nijmegen. Then she went to work for banks, insurance companies and tech firms. She advised teams and managers about lean and agile working – and managed people herself. For Willemijn, the big question is always how to organize the work as a team. Her answer to that question is pragmatic, goals-oriented and full of enthusiasm.

Willemijn loves cooking and concerts – and sports, especially running. She has already run her first marathon and regularly goes to the gym.
