Office manager with a love of the healthcare industry…

Yvonne went to hotel school in southern Germany, learned to speak fluent English in London, and obtained a degree from Schoevers College in the Netherlands on top of that. Then she started working: as a receptionist, project assistant, and executive secretary. She worked for the RAI Amsterdam Convention Center, for software companies, and for a wholesaler – until she happened upon the healthcare industry. She immediately fell in love with its focus on people. Providing care, working together, and helping others: that’s Yvonne in a nutshell.

Yvonne reads cookbooks like others devour novels. She loves cooking – and being outdoors, which she enjoys on her bike or on the golf course.

Yvonne is always on top of the situation, is a careful worker, and gets energy from organizing things to perfection. She is happy to do that for others too. She is approachable, reliable, and flexible, and that really helps to organize all the basic conditions in such a way that coworkers can perform to the best of their ability. Open communication is vital in that regard. Because as she says herself: ‘Almost anything can be arranged, as long as you understand each other.’
