Yvonne studied at the University of Amsterdam: Business Economics, with a Master’s degree in Information Management and Auditing and Logistics. She held several managerial positions at financial institutions and other service providers. There she learnt to ask good questions, listen, and observe, which she still does to this day as a consultant – with the management and staff.
Yvonne has the travel bug: she wants to see the whole world.
Yvonne identifies sensitive areas, filters out noise, and creates structure to work with her clients to find the most efficient route to the desired improvement. Once on that road, Yvonne keeps everyone on track and on time.
