What I really like about this job is the variety of responsibilities and the different levels. I work with individuals at executive level and with groups on the shop floor. I meet with state secretaries and with the local janitor. That means a combination of political sensitivity, analytical thinking and social intelligence.

As a management consultant, I support P5COM’s clients. With what? At the risk of being too blunt, I’d say: we make healthcare better. Such as by teaching healthcare organizations how to be smarter with spending. In the distant past, the sky was pretty much the limit in this sector. There was money for everything. But that was some time ago; nowadays you have to use the available funds as efficiently as possible.
